I'm learning Python and I'm having trouble getting Windows XP to recognize the interpreter.? - execute python bat file

From what I understand to run Python programs on Windows, Windows must be able to recognize Python. Obviously, this is done by creating a route. I do not know how to create. HELP. (Yes, I am), a developer of home

Control Panel> System Settings-> Advanced-> User Profiles

At the bottom of the page environment. There are different groups of systems and users. For something like Python, you select the path "variable" in the System section and click on "Edit." Enter the path to the Python executable (paths are reused to save by ";"), and the way out of the menus .
